Refund policy

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days. Our return/exchange policy applies only to orders placed on latico.com. Start your return 

Items purchased from our sale section are final sale, no returns/exchanges and carry no warranty.

When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is prepaid, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. A restocking fee will apply on refunds requested for any customer without Redo.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless Redo protection is purchased in advance.

Selecting a gift card/store credit as a refund method is final. Gift cards/store credit cannot be exchanged or converted back to the original form of payment.

If you paid using a Gift Card and another form of payment, the refund will be applied to your Gift Card first, followed by your other payment method. Refunds issued to credit cards cannot exceed the original amount charged to the card.

An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance and product must arrive at Latico within that validity period.

International orders carry no warranty and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.

What's your warranty?

We do not provide cleaning, re-dyeing, refurbishing, or repair services.

We guarantee our merchandise purchased from Latico or an authorized retailer to be free of manufacturer defects for 1 year with proof of purchase. 

Manufacturing defects that qualify for warranty coverage include issues such as faulty zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, and hardware malfunctions.

Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage. The following are some examples of what is not covered under our warranty:

• Discoloration, scratches, stains, or marks from regular usage
• Stains or color transfer caused by clothing dye, beverages, or weather
• Damage from pets or children
• Discoloration or moisture from use or storage
• Damage caused by adhesives
• Exposure to chemicals or alcohol-based products
• Improper care

Due to the nature of our leathers, please respect that all leathers, colors, and textures may be unique.

Once a warranty claim is approved Latico will either replace or under certain circumstances repair the item. If the item is no longer available an item at the same price point can be substituted. There are no refunds or store credit for warranty claims.

International Orders, Closeout, Sample Sale and other promotional deals do not carry any warranty or return policy.

Awarded items including but not limited to contest prizes, giveaways, and gift with purchase do not carry a warranty.

Replacement products provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. No new or extended warranty term is granted as the result of a warranty replacement.
